Experience Science is a complete series of elementary science modules designed to cover major content areas in life, earth, and physical science. This research-based program, which was funded by the National Science Foundation, provides classroom-tested, hands-on activities and is designed to require minimal implementation support.
- Each module includes a comprehensive Teacher Guide, high-quality equipment kit, teacher-prep video of all activities, 24 leveled readers, transparencies, and an eBook of the Houghton Mifflin Science pupil edition.
- Kits include consumable materials for up to four classes that allow students to work
in pairs and small groups.
- Activities encourage divergent thinking and inquiry skill development, and build understanding of scientific concepts and content.
